In October of last year (it feels so weird saying that) I was honoured to be able to document one of my dearest friend’s wedding day.
There is so much to love about a wedding from the abundance of love that radiates out of every person in attendance, the carefully chosen details, the tradition, rich cultures, the family that comes together, each wedding unique to the couple. Dallas and Kaio’s wedding was no exception from hilarious speeches and entrances to heart warming performances as families came together to celebrate the beginning of Dallas and Kaio’s journey.
As I have edited their wedding photos I have genuinely smiled and laughed countless times as I recalled the specific moment. This is what love most about photographing families it is more than just a picture, it is a captured moment to be recalled for many years to come.
Here is just a few of my favourites from Dallas and Kaio’s day, I hope you enjoy them.
The last few weekends have been jammed pack with portrait sessions. While it is busy I am loving meeting and working with all the different groups of people. This session was no exception 🙂
Miss Annalia’s portrait shoot down by the lake was a lot of fun. She had so many expressions that she wanted the camera to capture. Here is a few from her shoot, please enjoy!
We love photographing families! There is something special about family portraiture which lends itself so perfectly to spontaneity, laughter and intricate dynamics. We were fortunate to be able to photograph Albert (Albie) at the Arboretum. He was such an energetic little feller. Full of smiles and piercing blue eyes which the camera loved! And so did we! We had a great time racing around after him and working with mum and dad, who were also expecting their second addition. Albie certainly kept us and mum and dad on our toes and it is clear this little guy loves to explore! Happy adventuring Albie.

Last year we met the energetic Watts family and had the pleasure of photographing their boy Albert at the Arboretum. When they invited us back to photograph their newest family member we were thrilled!
Little baby Joseph (Joey) the latest addition to this clan and boy was he a heart stealer. Little Joey is perfect in every way. His eyelashes prominent, hair golden and skin as soft as clouds. He is a dream and was so relaxed during our photoshoot.
We wish Joey all the love in the world and know his doting big brother will look out for him. Mum and dad are very lucky to have two such gorgeous boys!

Little Ainslea battled the heat and fought off sleep so that she could be awake for her entire photoshoot. With eyes and lips as gorgeous as hers – how lucky we were to be able to photograph her X
